Your stand comes as a standard shell scheme with black velcro panels, any extras must be pre-ordered, otherwise there will be nothing allocated with your stand, you can order Power and other items via your Exhibitor Requirements
During your Induction on Friday, you will be shown where to park on Saturday and Sunday

There is complimentary parking in a designated Exhibitor Parking area on-site.
Free WIFI is available at all Expos
This option is typically suitable for general internet browsing on tablets and smartphones.
Test & Tag – all electrical items must be tested & tagged (anything that plugs in) – this can be done on-site during Pack In ($8/tag), the venue and organisers will be checking for any items plugged in that are not tagged, an admin fee will be charged if we are required to test something already plugged in on your stand. To organise Test & Tag please ask during Pack In, there will be a station set up for your item and stand details.
As part of exhibiting at the Baby Expo, Public Liability Insurance is a compulsory requirement.
The below contact can help you with all of your Insurance needs; both for Arada Promotions Events and all other insurance you may need during the year – ask them about annual cover.
Baby Expo exhibitors are required to have public liability insurance in place for the duration of the Expo ($5 million policy coverage for Auckland, Waikato & Wellington and $2 million policy coverage for Christchurch).
NOTE: Exhibitors will only be required to produce the policy/certificate when asked or if required. You do not need to send this through to us before the expo.

There isn’t any Chilled Storage on-site, contact Adam to discuss options.
You’ll be issued with an Exhibitor Badge during your Induction on the Friday, simply show this to the team at the door
