Arada Promotions 2021 Limited will accept deliveries on behalf of exhibitors but shall not be held accountable for, or be liable for, any damage or loss to any Exhibitor Goods on delivery, dispatch or due to storage handling.

INBOUND FREIGHT (before expo)

• PALLETS MUST BE DELIVERED THURSDAY – note defined Forklift hours on Delivery Label
• Courier items on Thursday or Friday (there is no Cold-Storage on-site, contact us if this affects you)
• Anything delivered outside these days may not be accepted by the venue (you can bring your own items or accept your own deliveries over the weekend – the above refers to items arriving via freight before the expo)

OUTBOUND FREIGHT (after expo)

• Collections: Please arrange for your items to be collected from the Venue before lunchtime on Monday, our Forklift hours are 8.30am – 12pm.
• All Collections are from the Expo Venue.
• Outgoing Freight on Monday morning: attach this label to your OUTBOUND Freight

Freight Carrier: We suggest using Castle Parcels for couriers, and for bulk freight, try Mainstream or Vertical Logistics.

DRY: We have complimentary storage available at all Baby Expos

CHILLED: There is no Chilled Storage on-site; contact us if this affects you.

You must be wearing your high viz vest on arrival at the venue, otherwise, you will need to purchase one – so don’t pack this on your pallet.

Your Stand must be set up on Friday, there is no Saturday Pack In option.
On Saturday, the venue will be open from 7.30am for Exhibitors who were inducted and set up on Friday.

CHRISTCHURCH (Sept)
Friday 11 September, anytime from 12pm – 7pm
On arrival, aim for the Loading Dock/Security Compound at the rear of Wolfbrook Arena (prior to commencing Pack In)

AUCKLAND (Oct)
Friday 16 October, anytime from 12pm – 7pm
Access via Argus Place, aim for the front doors of the venue.

CHRISTCHURCH (Sept)
LOCATION:Wolfbrook Arena, Addington, Christchurch
INDUCTION & PACK IN: Friday 11 September, anytime from 12pm – 7pm
EXPO: Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 September, 9am – 4pm
EXHIBITOR FUNCTION: Saturday 4.15pm
PACK OUT: Sunday 13 September, 4pm – 7pm (The expo floor must be cleared on Sunday night. Items may be placed in the storage area for collection on Monday morning. Freight must be booked to be collected before lunchtime on Monday.)

AUCKLAND (Oct)
LOCATION:Eventfinda Stadium, North Shore, Auckland
INDUCTION & PACK IN: Friday 16 October, anytime from 12pm – 7pm
EXPO: Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 October, 9am – 4pm
EXHIBITOR FUNCTION: Saturday 4.15pm
PACK OUT: Sunday 18 October, 4pm – 7pm (The expo floor must be cleared on Sunday night. Items may be placed in the storage area for collection on Monday morning. Freight must be booked to be collected before lunchtime on Monday.)

During your Induction on Friday, you will be shown where to park on Saturday and Sunday

CHRISTCHURCH (Sept) & AUCKLAND (Oct)
There is complimentary parking in a designated Exhibitor Parking area on-site.

• Upon arrival for Induction during Pack In, you will be issued with wristbands for Pack In staff + name badges/passes for the weekend – H&S wristbands must be worn during Pack In only.
• Pack In & Pack Out = Only closed-toed shoes on-site – no open-toe shoes, no kids U16 on site.
• All exhibitors MUST have High Viz vests for Pack In and Pack Out or purchase one on entry for $15

Test & Tag – all electrical items must be tested & tagged (anything that plugs in) – this can be done on-site during Pack In ($8/tag), the venue and organisers will be checking for any items plugged in that are not tagged, an admin fee will be charged if we are required to test something already plugged in on your stand. To organise Test & Tag please ask during Pack In, there will be a station set up for your item and stand details.

Aisles (as per our venue H&S policy) the aisles between stands are legally required to be a certain width to maintain proper access to emergency exits, therefore it is imperative that exhibitors keep within their contracted space and do not encroach into the aisles or block doorways.
